Te Puna Quarry Adventures

Today my friends and I went to further explore the magic of Te Puna Quarry. I visited the Cactus garden, investigated the magical garden with its native musical instruments, went hunting at the frog pond and saw many winged beauties in the butterfly house. JG

I had a great time exploring Downtown Tauranga finding all the exciting activities to participate in. Giant jenga was my favourite. JG

Let’s Go On An Adventure

I had the best time at Te Puna Quarry. 

Exploring the walking tracks, discovering all the amazing sculptures and garden art. I saw a Tiki and did the pukana with him and of course I found plenty of trinkets along the way.

I enjoyed my game of bingo, I did really well identifying the numbers called. I almost won I only had 2 numbers remaining on my card.

I loved going on the swings, they were very relaxing in the sunshine. A perfect afternoon

Exploring

Today was such a beautiful day to go exploring at McLaren Falls. I had morning tea, went waterfall hunting, walked the Cherry Bay track, fed some ducks and even made a new mate.

I enjoyed listening to the sounds of all my surroundings and copying them.

Wednesdays Adventure

I had a great time with my friends at tenpin. The lucky orange ball was my favourite to bowl with I used it to get a strike. JG

 

Getting Artsy 🎨👨‍🎨

Today wasn’t the best weather to go out in so I did a little art project. Using popsicles sticks, twine and buttons I created some wall decor. 

I can’t wait to take it home for Dad next week, until then It’s on display in the art room ☺️
